We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist Microfabrication to join our team in Abu Dhabi as we embark on an exciting new phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing a state-of-the-art microfabrication facility, supporting our mission to build world-class capabilities in advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the setup, installation, and commissioning of microfabrication tools and cleanroom equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of semiconductor processing equipment (e.g. lithography, deposition, etch, metrology).
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to establish maintenance protocols and ensure tool uptime and reliability.
Assist in defining and implementing EHS and cleanroom standards during facility setup.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate service records.
What We're Looking For:
Technical diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
8-10 years of proven experience in microfabrication or semiconductor equipment maintenance.
Hands-on experience with cleanroom tools and processes.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
