is an equipment supplier specialising in the bakery and pastry sector. Exclusive distributor of the Bongard brand. We are present in UAE and Riyadh KSA.

We sell, install, and maintain bakery equipment to a clientele of craftsmen, hotels and supermarkets.

We are looking for

1 TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR BAKERY AND PASTRY EQUIPMENT

, intending to create a strong team concerned with providing high-quality standards of services and expertise.

The person must have experience of a minimum of 5 years in UAE and onBakery and pastry equipment.

Job description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our existing team growth, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This position will require travel.

Sector: Bakery and patisserie equipment

Location: DUBAI

Type of contract: Full-time

Tasks:

1.

Sales prospecting:

Identify and develop a portfolio of customers in the bakery and patisserie sector (craftsmen, industrialists, etc.).

Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

Analyzing market performance and needs and drawing up action plans

Develop new business leads

Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

Customer care:

? Maintain and strengthen commercial relations with existing customers.

? Developing Technical sales

? Conduct sales meetings with clients

? Ensuring regular follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3.

Product Demonstration:

? Present and demonstrate bakery and patisserie equipment to customers.

? Organize training sessions and technical demonstrations.

? Organizing customer visits and demonstrations in the Showrooms

4.

Analysis and Reporting:

? Monitor market trends and changes in customer requirements.

? Regular reporting on sales activities and performance.

5.

Internal collaboration:

? Work in coordination with the technical department to escalate customer requests.

? Collaborate with each actor of our company (marketing/sales/technical/admin)

? Developing a marketing approach to develop sales of new products in collaboration with management and BONGARD France.

? Conduct monthly Sales meetings with Management.

Profile required:

- Education: Degree in business, Engineering with experience in SALES or a technical sector related to bakery/pastry.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the bakery/pastry equipment sector.

- Skills:

? Good communication, negotiation and sales skills.

? In-depth knowledge of bakery and patisserie equipment.

? Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Personal qualities:

Proactivity, autonomy, passion for the sector and problem-solving ability.

Conditions:

? Remuneration: Between 10,000 and 12000 AED full as per Experience + Bonus as per KPI.
