In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting our wide range of maintenance services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will work directly with clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients.

Identify and prospect new clients, including homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, and facility managers.
Engage in cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Promote our comprehensive range of building and house maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, pest control, and general repairs.
Provide clear and concise information to clients about our services, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Conduct on-site assessments of client properties to understand their maintenance needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and service plans.
Prepare and deliver detailed quotations to clients, ensuring they understand the scope of work and associated costs.
Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Regularly follow up with existing clients to check on service quality and discuss additional needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, lead status, and sales progress.
Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
Address any client concerns or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high service standards.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Monitor and track performance to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all client meetings, events, and in the field.
Uphold the company's values and ensure ethical practices in all sales activities.
