• Achieve MEA Automation sales targets
• Provide direct/hands-on applications and technical support for Automation
• Provide direct/hands-on product expertise to move sales opportunities through the sales process in assigned region.

• Drive collaboration with Eppendorf Zone directors and Territory Managers
• Drive the funnel management process
• Work closely with Eppendorf dealers in assigned region to assist them with uncovering new opportunities for Automation.
• Bi-annual, quarterly or \xe2\x80\x98as frequent as needed\xe2\x80\x99 travel to key markets will be required to drive in-country sales activity and to build up local product knowledge, awareness and relationships with dealers and customers alike.
• Handle technical compliance of tender documentation.
• Day-to-day application and technical support within the product portfolio to both end users and dealers.
• Pre-sale application support including workflow analysis, system configuration, assay programming, remote and in-country demos.
• Post-sale application support including remote and in-country support for trouble shooting and programming and validating new protocols.
• Travel to key markets as needed to carry out and fulfil application support according to the products sold in the market.
• Provide training for end users, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Provide product and applications training to staff, as required.
• Attend relevant trade exhibitions and scientific meetings to maintain market knowledge.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports and other such reports, as requested, accurately and on time.
• Prudent expense management focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintaining and update all relevant customer and application related information in the company CRM database as needed.
• Maintain company information, sales tools, literature and equipment in good condition and in a secure manner; keep up to date customer and prospect files.

• 3 to 7 year\xe2\x80\x99s industry related sales experience
• Bachelor\'s degree (B.Sc) in Molecular Biology / Life Science or related degree
• Good communication skills
