Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and supporting documents for client proposals
Coordinate with the sales team to track inquiries, follow up on quotations, and support order processing
Organize and maintain accurate project and client records
Handle the processing of all purchase orders with suppliers with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with suppliers and clients for order-related documentation and clarifications
Assist in internal coordination between departments to support project execution
Handle general administrative functions including filing, correspondence, and documentation control
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales coordination role,in construction or related industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficiency in AutoCad
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Experience with quotations and submittals is preferred
SALARY PACKAGE:
AED 3,500 to 4,500 + Health Insurance + Annual Tickets + Strong Incentive Scheme, subject to candidate experience and qualifications.
