Position Overview:Webomizer is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fuel the growth and success of our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of technology roles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough technical assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Webomizer. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team\'s needs, develop job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies to meet specific requirements. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct technical interviews, providing valuable insights to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies. Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and continuously improve the hiring process. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of Webomizer\'s employer brand by actively promoting the company\'s values, culture, and opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within the technology industry. In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment. Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute:
