Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join the growing team in Dubai.
The role will be conducting end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates, evaluation of profiles, coordinating interviews, pipeline management, conducting market research as well as stakeholder management.
The position will be recruiting for top-notch tech talent, specifically focusing on backend Java developers, QA testers, iOS & Android developers, Solution Architects, and other related technical staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of tech roles in Digital Banking/Fintech.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
