W1TTY is a fast-growing UK based fintech, setting new standards for digital finance. We\xe2\x80\x99re building a new digital finance platform and a fully mobile-based finance app, offering multicurrency accounts, domestic and international transfers, debit cards, and instant payments. Amongst our platform are components such as core banking, mobile banking, cards systems, and many more.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team in Dubai and play a pivotal role in building a top-tier tech workforce. As a Technical Recruiter at W1TTY, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-notch tech talent, specifically focusing on backend Java developers, QA testers, iOS & Android developers, Solution Architects, and other related technical staff.
Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers and technical leads to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and align recruiting efforts with business goals.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of the company\'s employer brand in the tech sector to attract top talent.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Actively promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment, striving to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of tech roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • A passion for staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
