Rejlers International Engineering Solutions AB operates in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and delivers high-quality engineering and project services to Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries mainly in UAE and other Arabian Gulf Countries. We are now looking for a Technical Recruiter (Oil & Gas) for 3 months to execute projects and support bids in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Only candidates with their own visa (Freelancer visa/Family Sponsored visa/Golden Visa) are eligible. Reports To The Technical Recruiter (Oil & Gas) reports to the Department Manager, HR & Admin. Job Overview The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating all recruitment activities within the area of responsibility in line with a business plan and operational activity. The ideal candidate must be technically sound to be able to shortlist relevant resumes for Engineering design consultancy experienced candidates in the oil and gas sector. By structuring daily work tasks based on KPIs and reporting, the Technical Recruiter shall focus on achieving recruitment goals and continuously improving performance and effectiveness in finding the best talent for the organization. Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates using various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Evaluate candidates based on predefined technical and behavioral criteria.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels including job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain communication with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Update candidate profiles and records in the recruitment database.
  • Ensure hiring managers follow accurate defined recruitment process and workflows.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on KPIs and recruitment progress.
  • Maintain proper documentation of candidate interactions and hiring processes.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated has inner drive and motivation, self-directed and can perform under minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Competencies
  • Actively listens and receives information completely.
  • Behaves in a fair, honest and ethical manner toward coworkers and adheres to Company Code of Conduct
  • Achieves and applies a competent level of technical and/or professional skill or knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Upholds standards of Quality, Health & Safety

Qualifications
  • Must have own visa (Freelancer visa/Family Sponsored visa/Golden Visa) are eligible.
  • Graduate in any subject.
  • 3+ years\' experience within an HR or recruitment agency environment and have performed recruitment for the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Arabic speaking added value.

  • Meets UAE visa requirements.
