About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned

Making Machine In-Charge

to lead the operation and maintenance of key tobacco manufacturing machinery. This role demands strong technical expertise and leadership to ensure seamless production and machine uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operation of machines including below expertise: +

GD 121, GD X, Docufle, Houni, Filter Machines

Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns. Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and quick resolution of machine failures. Coordinate with the store team to request spare parts needed for repairs. Train and supervise machine operators and maintenance staff. Keep detailed records of machine performance, maintenance, and breakdowns. Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize output. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum

10 years' experience

in a similar role within tobacco manufacturing or related industries. Strong technical knowledge of listed machines and auxiliary equipment. Proven experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown management. Ability to coordinate effectively with store teams and cross-functional departments. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in machine operation, maintenance, or tobacco manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.
