We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Fit-Out Site In-Charge
to manage interior projects from execution to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management experience, and the ability to understand CAD drawings with interior design details.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily on-site fit-out activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
Interpret and review CAD drawings, layout plans, and design details.
Make on-site decisions to resolve design or execution challenges.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
Monitor materials, manpower, and work progress while controlling wastage.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks at every stage of execution.
Update and adjust design drawings in AutoCAD when needed to reflect actual site conditions.
Maintain site documentation: daily reports, inspection approvals, material logs, etc.
Support the project team in reviewing design aesthetics, joinery details, and finishes.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
(2D a must, 3D is a plus); knowledge of basic design software (SketchUp, Photoshop) is an added advantage.
Understanding of space planning, material selection, and finishes.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients/consultants.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure.
Familiarity with health & safety practices on construction sites.
GCC/UAE experience preferred.
UAE Driving license
