We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Technical Engineer
to join our dynamic team for ongoing and upcomingvilla, residential tower, and high-rise building projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, coordinating with design teams, and supporting project execution from pre-construction to handover.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven
UAE
experience in a similar role, particularly in villa, mid-rise, and high-rise building construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering best practices. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). Familiarity with international building codes and local construction regulations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
