Project Engineer High Rise Building Project
Job Description
Implement all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
supervise project from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
coordinate with construction manager, architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists in the project and oversees their work.
Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors
Assist in selecting tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Trace and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Ensures that all local, state, and building codes and regulations and safety precautions in UAE are followed.
Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
