Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
BIM Coordinator
to lead the coordination and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our villa, residential tower, and high-rise building projects. You will ensure model accuracy, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with BIM standards, working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 4-6 years of
UAE
experience in BIM coordination, preferably in residential or high-rise projects. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 or similar platforms. Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and multi-disciplinary coordination. Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and LOD requirements. Ability to read and interpret drawings, models, and technical documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in coordinating villa, mid-rise, and high-rise residential building projects. BIM certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM, etc.). Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM and integration with planning or cost software.
