Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of
UAE
experience in interior and fit-out coordination, preferably within residential and high-rise projects.
Solid knowledge of interior finishes, detailing, materials, and joinery.
Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings.
Strong knowledge of site execution practices, quality control, and finishing standards.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with interior fit-out codes and regulations in the UAE is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience coordinating high-end or luxury residential interiors.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and material sourcing.
Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
