Technical Engineer – Joinery Division

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer with strong expertise in joinery detailing. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret concept designs, 3D visuals, and design intent, and convert them into accurate production and installation drawings. This role ensures that all technical details are aligned with site conditions and manufacturing capabilities.
Review and understand concept designs, 3D visuals, and design intent.
Prepare complete and precise shop drawings, incorporating joinery production and installation requirements.
Develop technical details, sections, and specifications for efficient manufacturing.
Conduct and verify site measurements, ensuring drawings reflect actual site conditions.
Coordinate with production and installation teams to clarify details and resolve technical issues.
Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in joinery/fit-out industry (UAE experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, construction methods, and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into production-ready details.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
