Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities related to joinery.
Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring work is aligned with project specs.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery.
Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on-site.
Track project progress, material usage, and manpower allocation.
Prepare daily site reports and communicate updates to the project team.
Attend site meetings and contribute to planning discussions.
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience (joinery preferred).
Proficient in reading AutoCAD/shop drawings.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Experience in commercial/residential joinery projects.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites.
