JOB PURPOSE:

• Operate and perform the required operation for the access control system with the Client in NEOM Project - KSA according to the contract terms & conditions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Undertake and supervise all the technical responsibilities for the planning, optimization, implementation, and installation services of the assigned networks and/or access control system.
• Raising all the technical problems to the suppliers & following up with the customer to get customer satisfaction.
• Keep the SLA & system performance during operation with the customer.
• volume and revenue of the department.
• Taking ownership of customer issues (only when needed) by handling the
• reported problems until being solved.
• Prepare all reports to evaluate the progress of the problems.
• Write daily progress report and discuss it with management.
• Discuss with management all required promotional sales aids.
• Follow up due payments with clients to settle due invoices.
• Follow up with clients, after sales service, to make sure clients are satisfied.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science.

• More than 3 years\' experience in ICT Field particularly smart building solution, SW Integration platforms &
• Management, Wireless Technologies and Access Control Systems.

• Customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Dynamic and initiative person.
• High level of facilitation skills including interactive/ communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of Arabic & English languages (written and spoken).
• Ability to Work under pressure.
• Good Knowledge of Networks technologies (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, WLAN, VLANs,)
• Knowledge of Access control systems and technology of Weigand, OSDP, Readers and RFID technology.
• Experience with the Access Control system installation and technical matter with configuration.
• commissioning and start up systems.

• Experience with RFID Credential Cards technologies as iClass, Mi Fair and Seos.
• Experience with the SW platform installation and integration via API and other 3rd party suppliers for CCTV, VMS and EAC OEM\'s .
