Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled

Technical Engineer

with solid experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in design coordination, construction detailing, and authority compliance to support the execution of large-scale residential or commercial towers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and coordinate

technical drawings

,

shop drawings

,

as-built drawings

, and

material submittals

. Collaborate with design consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve

technical issues

during construction. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, including

Dubai Municipality (DM)

,

DEWA

,

DDA

,

RTA

, and

Civil Defense

. Conduct

clash detection

and ensure interdisciplinary coordination (MEP, structural, architectural). Handle

RFIs

(Requests for Information),

NCRs

(Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up with consultants and contractors. Monitor

site execution

to ensure alignment with approved technical documents and specifications. Support the Technical Manager in developing

method statements

,

BOQs

, and technical reports. Participate in technical meetings and site inspections with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure smooth handover processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent

.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in the construction industry, with focus on

high-rise buildings

(preferably in Dubai). Strong knowledge of

Dubai building regulations

, authority submission procedures, and technical standards. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

Revit/BIM

,

MS Office

, and other relevant engineering software. Good understanding of project timelines, construction sequences, and technical detailing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. UAE driving license is an advantage.
