Job Title: Technical Engineer / Architect (Main Contractor of construction field) -Must have 6-10 years of High-Rise Building Experience in Contractor side

Location: Dubai Creek Harbour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client's requirements.

Responsibilities:

Generate the final architectural details & GA's drawings of the project in order to present them to Consultants and subcontractors for obtaining timely approval. Assign documentation work and monitor architectural team in order to provide engineering designs to meet project schedule Identify the work items that will affect the execution of works and advise the project site team to officially record those events for future claims Support & update the site team on the progress with respect to the engineering & detailing aspects of the project in order to remain within the financial budgets and to meet deadlines. Provide consistent and constructible details in accordance with the contract document Coordinate technical aspects with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and construction challenges. Attend coordination meeting with the Client/Engineer to discuss and resolve issues related to performance and maintenance of the completed building structure Review the specifications and particulars of project in progress and raise specific query to the consultants in order to ensure the progress as per the concepts and plans Distribute all technical-related project documents (in and/or out) to the relevant ARP team members and involved stakeholders, ensuring timely and coordinated actions. Ensure all technical documentation adheres to local authority codes and standards.

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of documentation and procedure requirement for Authority approvals related to project execution AutoCAD Software Knowledge of BMI and Revit is an advantage

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering Site experience with a main contractor in the Dubai area is required.
