About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Construction Manager

to lead the execution of high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction activities from inception to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage the overall progress of high-rise construction projects. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, costs, resources, and safety compliance. Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and company quality standards. Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and construction forecasts. Implement best practices in construction methods, safety procedures, and risk management. Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design, plans, and specifications. Resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in

high-rise building projects

. Proven track record of successful project delivery in

Dubai

. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
