Job Title: Electrical Engineer(Main Contractor of construction field)

-Must have 3 years of High-Rise Building Experience in Contractor side

-Location: Dubai Creek Harbour

Job Summary:

An electrical engineer is a licensed professional engineer who designs, tests, develops, and installs electrical power generation units, transmission lines, and current distribution and safety systems.

Sometimes electrical engineers have to design and install an entire electrical infrastructure, including power generation, power transmission, and distribution. Such an infrastructure may have a wide-ranging application for civil, industrial, and commercial purposes. An electrical engineer has a crucial role in a diverse range of industries from transportation to telecommunications and healthcare to telecommunications.

When it comes to the construction industry, an electrical engineer has to perform various responsibilities. From designing the layout of the entire electrical component like power generation units, power distribution units, and power transmission systems, and installing safety measures, electrical engineers are solely responsible for the safe and efficient execution of electrical design and installation of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities:

Managing power generation, transmission and distribution Working with high and low voltage equipment Designing systems and products using computer software Working with renewable energy sources Managing and maintaining building services, such as lighting, heating, ventilation and lift systems Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical developments Drawing up project plans, making models, prototypes and circuit diagrams for high and low voltage electrical equipment Budgeting and estimating timescales Overseeing technicians and craftspeople Testing installations and systems Ensuring projects meet safety regulations Overseeing inspection and maintenance programes Liaising with clients Managing maintenance programes Working in factories, power stations, or research facilities, in a workshop, an office or outdoors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 5 Years or More Experience. UAE Experience is a must. Must have High Rise Experience. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Sound/ethical judgment, strong leadership skills, and ability to work independently. Proficient in MS Office. Experience working with commercial or civil construction projects. High level relationship building skills and communication skills.
