The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Construction Manager

to lead the execution of high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction activities from inception to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure projects stay on schedule and adhere to quality standards. Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative environment. Track and Monitor project project budgets, handle cost estimates, and make adjustments as necessary to prevent cost overruns. Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and timelines are adjusted when needed. Maintain quality control by monitoring work, inspecting materials, and conducting site assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Enforce safety protocols and standards on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Identify and resolve project challenges, including unexpected issues on-site, to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in

high-rise building projects

. Proven track record of successful project delivery in

Dubai

. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities. Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
