Technical Document Controller
to help us keep our documentation organized, accurate, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all SDLC documentation, including BRDs, Functional Specifications, UAT scripts, and API documentation.
Create, organize, and update the document repository to ensure easy access and version control.
Ensure every new feature, update, or code change is properly documented.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to capture technical and functional details.
Keep all project diagrams, system architecture, and technical documentation current and consistent across platforms.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong organizational and documentation skills with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools such as
GitHub
,
Notion
, and/or
Confluence
.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Basic understanding of
APIs
, software development processes, and mobile/web app structures.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation streams simultaneously.
