Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of draftsman, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality outcomes and professional growth.
Oversee the development of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for interior fit-out projects.
Work closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to align technical design with project goals and requirements.
Address and resolve any design or technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design within the interior fit-out sector, with a proven track record of successful project management.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and building systems.
