Ramzin Decor is seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure project excellence, and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing interior fit-out projects, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Oversee HR functions: recruitment, training, and staff development.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to streamline workflows.
Ensure timely project delivery, quality assurance, and cost control.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and execution.
Foster synergies with other Ramzin divisions (Real Estate, Vacation Homes, Cafe).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Business.
6-10 years of experience in interior fit-out, project management, or related fields.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
