Responsibilities

Ensuring administration and reporting responsibilities are discharged strictly in accordance with the Element - Middle East & Asia-Pacific Laboratory Management System and the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 Preparing/Collecting source data for entry and invoicing by compiling, sorting, identifying data entry and invoicing priorities by following program techniques and procedures; storing correct information in the desired database location Ensuring accurate interpretation of data entry in the system i.e.: proper analysis and verification of data followed by transmittal of the data in the required format to the relevant parties while completing the required tasks successfully within the set deadline Managing additional responsibilities like troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular update of data; retrieve data as and when required Maintaining customer confidence and protecting Company operations by keeping information with utmost confidentiality Skills / Qualifications

A graduate degree holder with a Mechanical back ground is preferred for the role Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work, excellent attention to detail and advanced communication(oral as well as written) skills in English Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety Knowledge and experience in the use of various MS office packages especially Excel and Word is essential 1-2 year experience preferred, however freshers having Mechanical background and flair for technical documentation may apply #LI-SR1 Company Overview
