Miracle Home Care and Harmony Home Care are looking for Team Managers/Nurse Managers. The companies abovementioned are located in AJMAN The daily tasks and direction of their team members fall under the purview of the team managers. The team manager establishes goals, puts policies into practice, and helps staff with any problems they may encounter. A team manager must make sure that everyone on the team is aware of its goals and is cooperating to reach them. The Team Manager will be coordinating with other departments on the concern of its team member. Create the monthly schedule of its staff. A team manager will foster a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team. They provide leadership and direction where necessary.
Team managers should know about team strategies, working with remote teams, using technology, workplace diversity, management styles, mediation, macro, and micro-management. Their roles can be long-term or project-based, depending on the duration of a particular assignment.
Team managers should:

• Implement team goals or objectives
• Supervise, train, or guide team members
• Mediate any interpersonal issues
• Inspire and motivate team members
• Provide effective feedback
• Manage remote teams
• Utilize technology effectively
• Be knowledgeable about each team member's job role

Qualification and Requirements;

• Female
• With a Valid Philippine Nursing License
• With Hospital or Home Care experience of 2 to 4 years here in the UAE
• Able to work under pressure
• Can manage its nursing staff calmly and patiently
• Management/administrative experience is an advantage
