Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Team Leader - Personal Finance

to lead a high-performing sales team specializing in

personal loan products

. The successful candidate must have

a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal finance or loan sales within the UAE

, along with the ability to manage and guide a team toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of personal loan sales executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement. Provide training, support, and motivation to team members. Monitor sales performance and assist team members in closing deals. Maintain compliance with UAE banking and finance regulations. Prepare regular reports on team activity and performance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in personal finance sales or related field in the UAE. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing sales teams. Strong understanding of personal loan products and financial sales strategies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must be currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice.
