Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Personal Finance Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive Personal Finance acquisition through various sales channels including field sales, tele-sales, digital, and corporate tie-ups.
Monitor daily performance metrics (applications, conversions, activations) and take corrective actions when needed.
Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and professionalism.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration.
Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and operational guidelines as per regulatory and bank policies.
Generate regular MIS reports and present sales updates to management.
Identify and address training needs within the team.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in sales, preferably in financial services with at least 1-2 years in a team leader role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
Target-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
