Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of personal finance sales executives.
Drive team performance to achieve individual and group sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure high-quality client engagement.
Provide guidance on product features, eligibility checks, and documentation.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Report sales performance and team progress to management on a regular basis.
Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in personal finance sales or team leadership in the UAE.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of UAE personal loan products and financial services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining or short notice.
