We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced
Team Leader - Lifeguard
to join our teamimmediately
. The ideal candidate will have avalid lifeguard license
, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests.Job Requirements:
Must hold a
valid lifeguard certification/license
-Pool and Beach Provenexperience as a senior lifeguard or lifeguard team leader
. Strong knowledge of water safety, CPR, and first aid procedures. Ability tolead and supervise a team
of lifeguards effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to respond swiftly in emergency situations.Available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the lifeguard team. Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed. Conduct regular training and drills with the team. Monitor swimmer activity and respond to emergencies as needed. Maintain proper documentation and reports related to safety incidents and team performance. Coordinate with management for scheduling and team requirements.
