Credit Cards and Personal Loans

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of direct sales executives focused on credit cards and personal loans. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize team performance. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve sales performance and customer service. Monitor team productivity, address challenges, and ensure team members meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Ensure that all sales processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Drive exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise with clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of

1 year

experience in

Team handling

within the

credit cards

and

personal loans banking

sector in the UAE only. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading teams in a banking or financial services environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and flexible with a proactive approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve conflicts, and drive team results.
