Job Description
Supervise and support technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs.
Conduct stage-wise quality inspections and ensure compliance with Multi Brandes Cars standards.
Monitor team productivity and efficiency, aiming to meet monthly targets.
Analyze repeat repairs and implement quality improvement measures.
Maintain 5S and HSE standards across the workshop.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
High School or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Automotive Technical Certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a technician role. Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
