Role

: Devotion Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader with a proven track record in the Business Setup Services sector within Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Relationship Managers and sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the Dubai business landscape, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive business setup plans to ensure seamless client onboarding. Provide Leadership and Team Management Provide expert guidance on UAE business laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service. Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated business solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a business set up consultancy, in UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
