Job Summary:

The Team Leader - Maintenance Staff is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of maintenance / renovations personnel specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Carpentry and Civil works etc. This role ensures all maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with service level agreements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Team Management Lead, supervise, and coordinate activities of technicians across MEP, HVAC, Carpentry and Civil trades etc. Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance work. Provide on-the-job training, technical support, and performance feedback to team members. Maintain duty rosters and shift schedules. Operations & Maintenance Oversee execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks. Ensure proper troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of systems and equipment. Monitor the use of tools and materials, ensuring proper handling and storage. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance plans and SOPs. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Report hazards, incidents, or near-misses, and ensure corrective measures are taken. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and team attendance. Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance, task completion, and equipment status. Coordinate with storekeepers for materials and spare parts. Client Coordination Liaise with clients, property managers, or FM teams to address service requests and resolve complaints. Ensure professional conduct and high service standards during client interactions.

Requirements:

Education

: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Civil Engineering

Experience

: Minimum 6 years of experience in building maintenance, including 2 - 4 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

:

Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC & Civil maintenance procedures Leadership and team coordination abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, CMMS systems) CAFM software knowledge. Problem-solving and time management

Certifications:

UAE Manual Driving License (required)

Safety Certifications (e.g., IOSH, OSHA, First Aid)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
