Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage your team to close high-value Off-Plan deals

Guide clients through property tours and investment decisions

Provide tailored consultations based on client goals

Stay updated with market trends, legal requirements & competition

Strategize and implement plans to maximize team performance

Train, coach, and monitor team members

Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities

Handle client objections and negotiations professionally

Deliver regular reports on off-plan project status and sales performance

What We're Looking For

Based in Dubai/UAE

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

Minimum 5 years' experience in Dubai's Off-Plan market

Must bring a smart, high-potential sales team

Strong sales leadership and real estate background

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Professional presentation and strong work ethics

In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws and processes

Ability to handle multiple clients and responsibilities independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
