Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4 to 5 property consultants
Guide clients and team using deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market
Create engaging video content for listings and social media platforms
Collaborate with marketing to deliver high-quality real estate content
Drive the team to exceed targets and maximize incentives
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience in
Dubai
Leadership mindset with a passion for success
Great communication and negotiation skills
Energetic, confident, and camera-ready for video content
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about incentives
