We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of property consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, coaching team members, developing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Support the team with client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals when necessary.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote listings.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate sales consultant or team leader.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current property trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
