Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to grow both off-plan and secondary market sales.
Monitor team performance, provide training and support where needed.
Foster strong relationships with developers and property owners.
Manage and oversee the entire sales process to ensure smooth transactions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Stay updated with market trends, new developments, and competitor activities.
Drive lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience, with a strong background in both
secondary sales
and
off-plan projects

At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage, train, and inspire a team.
