Job Description
Biopharma SA is a pioneering pharmaceutical company focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking a Team Leader - Ophthalmology Department to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs to achieve sales targets.
Provide product information, conduct presentations, and handle inquiries from HCPs.
Ensure up-to-date knowledge of products, medical conditions, and competitors.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.
Requirements:
4 years of experience as a Team Leader - Ophthalmology Department in the UAE pharmaceutical market.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant medical products.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
