female Team Leader

department. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 years of experience
incollections, customer service, or sales
within a financial or credit management company.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of collection agents. Ensure daily targets and KPIs are met. Handle escalated customer issues professionally. Monitor and improve team performance. Coordinate with other departments for efficient debt recovery.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or sales. Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and team management skills. Female candidates only (as per company requirements). Based in UAE or willing to relocate.
