We are a fast-growing off-plan real estate company in Dubai, specializing in residential and nvestment projects. We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader - Off-Plan Sales who can manage, train, motivate, and lead a team of 6 - 10 sales agents, while closely coordinating with developers to secure the best projects and offers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 7-10 off-plan sales agents
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
Monitor agent performance, call quality, meetings, and closures
Coach agents on lead handling, client follow-ups, objections, and closing techniques
Coordinate with real estate developers for New project launches / Exclusive offers, pricing, and payment plans / Availability updates and inventory management
Work closely with marketing and management to improve lead quality and conversions
Maintain accurate reporting on leads, pipeline, bookings, and revenue
Ensure CRM discipline and sales process compliance across the team
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales
Proven experience handling a sales team of 7-10 agents
Strong network and working relationships with UAE developers
Solid understanding of off-plan sales cycles, investor profiling, and closing strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in CRM systems and reporting
