We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced female Team Leader
to join our growingImmigration Services team
.Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in theimmigration industry
(visa filing, counseling, or related areas) Strong communication skills inEnglish and Hindi
Leadership qualities - able to guide, motivate, and manage a team Must be aquick learner
with a proactive mindsetImmediate joiner preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales or counseling team Ensure daily targets and goals are met Provide training and support to team members Handle client escalations and guide them with correct immigration procedures Coordinate with management on strategy and reporting
