RedKnot Consultants LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Team Leader - Immigration Consulting

to lead, mentor, and drive the performance of our growing immigration team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven sales conversion capability, and in-depth knowledge of immigration processes -- particularly in the

EU work permit programs

.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of client engagement, and has the passion to inspire others to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Immigration Consultants to achieve individual and collective monthly targets. Monitor and review daily leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and handle second-level client calls when necessary. Develop effective team strategies to convert potential leads into successful clients. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, training, and motivation to improve outcomes. Ensure that all team members maintain accurate and updated client records in line with company standards. Track and analyse conversion rates and team performance metrics to report directly to the management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global immigration programs, particularly in Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Resolve client escalations with professionalism and ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality and client satisfaction. Uphold company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum

4 years of experience

in immigration consulting (mandatory). Minimum

3 years of professional experience in the UAE

(mandatory). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly or quarterly sales/revenue targets. Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse team members. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client files efficiently. High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation. Experience with

EU work permit processes
