Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants
Set daily/weekly goals and ensure targets are met
Provide training, support, and motivation to team members
Monitor performance and implement improvements
Ensure excellent client service and compliance with immigration regulations
Handle escalations and assist with complex cases when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in the immigration industry (minimum 2 years)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional attitude and client-focused approach
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred
