We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Team Leader

with proven experience in Dubai's real estate market. As a Team Leader, you will manage and mentor your own team of agents, ensuring performance, motivation, and results. You will be provided with

daily marketing leads

to support your team's success.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and guide a team of real estate agents to meet their sales targets. Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions. Monitor and improve team performance through regular evaluations and strategies. Maintain a strong understanding of current real estate projects and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and admin departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a

Team Leader

in the real estate industry (Dubai experience preferred). Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ability to handle pressure and drive team performance. Must be self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented.
