Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Dubai real estate market. Assist agents with client meetings, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions. Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching for improvement. Ensure compliance with RERA laws, company policies, and ethical business practices. Collaborate with the marketing department to execute lead generation and promotional campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners. Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market. Proven leadership experience -- currently or previously handled a sales team. Strong understanding of Dubai property trends, communities, and transaction processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
