Sales Team Leader
to help us grow, lead our sales agents, and shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide training, support, and mentorship to new and existing team members.
Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to drive productivity.
Support team members in client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closings.
Handle high-value clients and complex transactions as needed.
Drive lead generation efforts and ensure consistent follow-ups with potential buyers.
Maintain detailed reports on team performance and sales metrics.
Ensure adherence to real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Valid real estate license ( preferred).
