What you'll be doing:

. Fleet Efficiency:

Optimize fleet utilization, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

2. Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure timely and effective fleet services to internal stakeholders.

3. Compliance:

Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.

4. Team Leadership:

Lead and develop a high-performing team.

5. Cost Management:

Manage fleet-related expenses, including maintenance, fuel, and tolls.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate vehicle scheduling and allocation.

2. Manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

4. Supervise a team of fleet drivers.

5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

6. Manage fleet-related expenses (maintenance, permit, insurance, fuel, tolls, registration).

7. Conduct toll balance checks and manage top-ups.

8. Facilitate management-team communication.

9. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with workshops and users.

10. Arrange vehicles for RTA inspection.
